My understanding is that there is a gravity feed furnace in the crawlspace that does not work. I have not had it checked out and don't know for sure. There is a gas heater in the living room that does heat the entire house. The people that were living there said the upstairs was a little too cool for their 2-3year old children. There are broken windows on the second floor including a couple that are boarded up. I'm sure repairing these would help a lot.
