I believe the photo below is this lot. It was taken a couple of years ago. This is NOT waterfront property. This lot is located near Mound City in Linn County in an area known as Sugar Valley Lakes. Sugar Valley Lakes is a beautiful area with several lakes, a swimming pool, and a golf course. The lots in this area can be built upon. The buyer also has access to another area known as Hidden Valley. I have heard that the fishing is actually better at Hidden Valley.

There is electric available in the area. Water and sewer are both provided by storage tanks. This area has yearly dues of approx $130 per lot. Taxes are less than $20 a year. The successful bidder will be pay current year taxes and dues.
